Reflections from my first week.

It's hard. Much harder than it looks. Being the stay-at-home-parent that is. I had no idea. Of course I had taken care of my girls before (Hudson 4 and Scout 2). My wife's job would have her away sometimes for two or three weeks. But here's the thing - I was still working at the time. So all I had to do was get the girls off to school, often with the help of my mother-in-law, and then at night get them fed, bathed, and to bed. But now it's just me. Until that blessed moment my wife walks in the door. And trust me guys out there in the working world, it's much harder than it looks.
